Return and Shipping Policy

If you are not happy with the cookies please get in touch by emailing ulrika@unnabakery.com, let us know your order number and we will either refund your order or send you new cookies. Providing you with the best experience is paramount, and our focus on delivering excellence drives our shipping and handling policy.

Our Core Shipping Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. If you order before 1 pm we will ship next day. We use a combination of FedEx Ground and USPS priority mail (for small boxes) A signature is NOT required when delivering.
